Beautiful hotel in great location. The rooftop bar is fantastic with amazing views. The rooms are clean, modern, comfortable and beautiful. But the absolute best part is the staff. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. Extra mention goes to the lovely Alessia in the front reception who was wonderful, going above and beyond to help us resolve a small issue during our stay. Would 100% recommend this hotel. We can't wait to be back.

the location was perfect and it as a beautiful property. very comfortable and the roof top bar was an amazing view. I had some amazing weather which was perfect and o see the views. I would like to say that Alissia at the front desk was amazing. I had my wallet stolen and lost all my money and credit cards and she was so helpful, making local calls and directing me what to do. I can’t thank her enough!!!

Location was fantastic. Everything was so close by including the train station for our onward journey to Rome. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast was delicious with lovely fresh coffee. The views from the roof top swimming pool were amazing. We did the cookery course booked via the hotel and this was one of the highlights of our trip.

Hotel is within walking distance to great restaurants, shops and landmarks. We especially loved getting some snacks/drinks at the rooftop bar and enjoyed the pool one morning. Stunning views!

The room was well appointed, though the bathroom was perhaps on the smaller side. The breakfast was fantastic. We also appreciated the valet parking so we didn’t have to worry about navigating Florence’s tricky streets finding parking.
