The staff are the jewel in the crown of this beautiful hotel. From start to finish everyone was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to help, even preempting additional needs, in particular Sifeddine at breakfast. I visited with family including my granddaughters who loved all the little touches which made their visit extra special. The roof top pool is a must, a fabulous space to chill out with a cocktail and pizza whilst taking a dip to cool down. It was also a good place to meet other guests. The quality and standard of the food, service and cocktails was second to none. The rooms are beautiful, so clean and comfortable. The location is great, near the train station, great restaurants and beautiful shops and markets.

Gorgeous property in the heart of Florence! We stayed in a room with frescoes on the ceiling and a private terrace — it was so unique and divine. I loved the charm. Hotel is within walking distance to great restaurants, shops and landmarks. We especially loved getting some snacks/drinks at the rooftop bar and enjoyed the pool one morning. Stunning views!

Great location, felt very safe, close to everything. Beautiful rooftop pool, stunning views. Lobby areas were beautifully decorated! Rooms very nice.

Beautiful hotel in great location. The rooftop bar is fantastic with amazing views. The rooms are clean, modern, comfortable and beautiful. But the absolute best part is the staff. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. Extra mention goes to the lovely Alessia in the front reception who was wonderful, going above and beyond to help us resolve a small issue during our stay. Would 100% recommend this hotel. We can't wait to be back.

Hospitality and customer service was A-1! The location of the of the hotel was fantastic and very close to all tourist attractions (walking distance), great restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the train station! We couldn't say more how warmly all the staff treated us - from check-in to check-out!

The location was the main draw for the hotel, didn’t want to stay in a normal city centre box, even though we usually only sleep in the room, spend the days walking around the city and changing before dining out.

We loved the location, it’s in the most perfect place in the city, very central yet away from the overwhelming crowds. The room was well appointed, though the bathroom was perhaps on the smaller side. The breakfast was fantastic. We also appreciated the valet parking so we didn’t have to worry about navigating Florence’s tricky streets finding parking.

The hotel is in the heart of Florence everywhere is no more than a 20 min walk. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a tad small but overlookdd the piazza. The roof top pool made a lovely place to relax after a long day sightseeing
